In brief:
The contest accepts videos made by children or teens aged 3 to 18, produced by schools, workshops, institutions or by the kids themselves.
Participants from any country are welcome. There is no entry fee.
Sections are divided by age groups:
- 3-7 years
- 8-10 years
- 11-13 years
- 14-18 years
