In short:

Short films from all around the world can enter the contest.

There are  3 sections:

1. NARRATIVE SHORT FILMS

Themes are:

• Free theme
• Bridge – physical object or metaphor
• Small scale – inspired by the ONU International Year of Family Farming
• Slowness

Max duration: 15 minutes

2. ANIMATIONS

Max duration: 15 minutes

3. MUSIC VIDEOS

Max duration: 5 minutes

Special award for Creative Commons licensed short films.
